Reflection Journals
Magnolia's Teacher Intern Program uses Reflection Journals to help interns reflect and record their thoughts, progress, and goals in 7 different areas relevant to teaching and to the coursework and TPA tasks they complete throughout the two years. These Reflection Journals serve as a springboard for conversation with their mentor.
The journals are inspired by the book Mentoring Matters by Laura Lipton and Bruce Wellman, with Carlette Humbard.
