TRAINING OVERVIEW
Our mentor trainings are designed to develop mentor's skills and to support mentors in their work.
Our trainings draw on the experience and concepts from many other successful mentoring programs. The two-day training in August in the most intensive experience and the follow-up trainings in October and March reenforce and build upon the topics covered in August. The August training is organized to mirror the phases new teachers tend to go through: Anticipation, Survival, Disillusionment, Rejuvenation, Reflection.
